Love Designer Bags accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards for all orders. You may place your order online 365 days a year. We do not accept phone orders. In order to protect consumers from identity theft and credit card fraud, we can only ship to your billing address on file with your credit card company.

Please note that we reserve the right to request verification documents and/or further information via email for our international customers paying by credit cards or debit cards in order to verify the international orders.

We also accept major credit cards, debit cards and eCheck through PayPal for all orders. A PayPal account is not required. You may place your order online 365 days a year. Note: Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for verification purposes. If we cannot verify your order, it will be canceled. The pending authorization will not be settled and you will not see the charge on your statement at the end of your billing cycle. However, your financial institution may show a pending amount on your credit card statement. This amount will, typically up to 30 days, drop off your credit card statement according to the institution's policy.

Changes/Cancellations

Your order is in the New status once it is placed. During the New status it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the Processing or Shipped status, it cannot be canceled.

To attempt to cancel your order during the New status, send an email to admin@lovedesignerbags.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If it is still possible to cancel, you will receive an email confirmation that your order was canceled.

Once your order moves into the Processing or Shipped status, it cannot be canceled by you or our customer service department. You can return any unwanted items, once you have received your order, in accordance with our Returns policy.

Please note, prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been placed. We are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed.
