|Our main goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that purchasing items online is a different experience than being able to see the item in a store. We are pleased to offer a simple returns policy to our customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email to email@example.com within 3 days of delivery of your merchandise for return instructions. Packages returned without following our instructions will not accepted. Your return item must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery of your merchandise.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise by the postal service or equivalent and that you obtain adequate insurance as you are responsible for the package(s) during return shipping. Shipping charges for returned merchandise are the customer's responsibility and a tracking number for returned merchandise must be sent to us by email.
We are unable to process exchanges due to quickly changing inventory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) following our returns policy. Then place a new order online for an alternative product.
All refunds are subject to a $25 transaction fee. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Items must be in new and unused condition (including all accessories, packaging and tags) in order to be accepted for a refund. The refund will be issued back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow your financial institution up to one billing cycle to post the credit refund to your account.
We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, altered, marked or misused in any way. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements and, in such an event, those items will be shipped back to the sender.
