| Returns/Exchanges Procedure:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact admin@lovedesignerbags.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Packages without a Return Authorization will be not accepted. Your returned item must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery of your merchandise. You must return the item(s) in its new and unused condition (including all accessories, packaging and tags).
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via Fedex or Parcel Post for tracking purposes and that you obtain adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Love Designer Bags is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during return shipping.
To exchange an item, begin by making an online selection to identify and to purchase the replacement item. Next, return the original item by following the steps outlined in the previous sections above. The returned item must be received by Love Designer Bags in its new and unused condition (including all accessories, packaging and tags). All exchanges are a final sale.
New Condition Defined:
Your purchase is shipped to you in new condition. All returned items must be in the same new and unused condition, including all accessories, packaging and tags, in order to be accepted for a refund. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, altered, marked or misused in any way. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Love Designer Bags' sole discretion.
Refunds:
Your returned item must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery of your merchandise. A 5% transaction fee on the value of the item(s) will be applied on all returns (not exchanges). Shipping fees are non refundable. A $15.00 shipping fee will also be applied to all returns that received free shipping. Items must be in new and unused condition (including all accessories, packaging and tags). In the event of an undeliverable or refused package, you will be
responsible for any fees associated with the return including a 10% transaction fee.
The refund will be issued back to your original method of payment within 5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow your financial institution up to one billing cycle to post the credit refund to your account.
